OMAC-UK run a number of classes in various Martial Art styles, designed to engage students, of all abilities and in each age group, at every session. Our expert instructors are trained and experienced in teaching as well as in the relevant art-form and this has been proven through the schools success in competition and our excellent reputation.

Litte Dragon 1 Kick

For children aged 4 & 5, these classes are designed to instill discipline and support their schooling, giving them an interactive and energetic opportunity to increase their general knowledge on a variety of topics whilst keeping fit, learning self defense and above all... having FUN!

Little Dragons 2

Building on the basic Taekwondo techniques learnt in Little Dragons 1, our students, aged 6 & 7, are encouraged to work together to practise group forms, learn basic Korean, improve balance, strength and posture whilst making new friends.

The self defence programme for children is an innovative Martial Arts style that uses intelligent techniques to defuse violent confrontation before it happens. It also provides the necessary combat skills as a final resort.
